Graduate Orientation

Welcome to the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Minnesota. We look forward to working with you and making your education a rewarding experience! We will be holding a new student orientation on Friday, August 28, 2008 from 9:15-1:00. We will meet in Room 43, in the lower level of Ralph Rapson Hall.

This is a great opportunity to meet your classmates, tour the college facilities, and get to know the faculty before classes begin. Please plan to attend. Lunch will be provided so please let us know if you have any special dietary needs or will be unable to attend by .

Professor Lance Neckar will be leading the orientation session and you will have an opportunity to meet with Associate Professor Kristine Miller, Director of Graduate Studies and Professor Dave Pitt, one of the leaders of the Itasca field course.
